The envelope and modifying mods: KrAZ-63221 version 2 (Nikolai Dumka) and KrAZ-6446/7140 version 03/15/16 (CyTec502)

Two trucks are in fashion:
kraz 6446 has 26 of its own and 3 standard add-ons (A load and 4 garage points are registered for the crane to be useful.
kraz 7140 has 17 of its own and 3 standard add-ons.
Patency is average, I tried to make it non-cheating, I got stuck shorter.
Cardans do not work, there is no steering animation, the instrument panel is disabled.
