Better winches for the win. You will have to go into the game files C:\Program Files\Epic Games\SnowRunner\en_us\preload\paks\client and open Initial.PAK (winrar recommended) Than go to initial.pak\[media]\classes\winches than drag all the .XML into it than hit OK or finish to replace the files. If you want, I suggest to backup the old ones in case either it doesn’t work or you want to revert back. You will have to reinstall as the newer updates come in.
