Finalization of the standard tank semi-trailer. Replaced wheels and slightly changed functionality.
Trailer-cisterns contain 4000 liters and 200 repair points.

Installation:
– Move the classes folder to the Media folder in the root of the game.
– 3 files (trucks_fuel_cistern_rework__d, trucks_fuel_cistern_rework__n_d, trucks_fuel_cistern_rework__s_d) move to the TextureCache.zip archive in the root of the game.
– 2 files (trucks_trailer_cistern_rework, wheels_baton) move to MeshCache.zip in the root of the game.
